I'm honestly at the point where I'm considering selling my JKU because I just can't deal with the electrical issues anymore and nobody seems to be able to figure it out. It started about four months ago with the radio randomly cutting out and then coming back on by itself, which I thought was annoying but not a huge deal. Then the check engine light came on with a bunch of codes related to communication errors, and after clearing them they just keep coming back. The latest thing is that sometimes when I try to start it, everything goes dead for a few seconds like the battery is disconnected, then it fires up like nothing happened. I've already replaced the battery, checked all the grounds I could find, and taken it to two different shops that both said they couldn't replicate the issue so there's nothing to fix. I know Jeeps are notorious for electrical gremlins but this is getting ridiculous, especially with the summer heat making everything worse. I've been looking for a place that actually specializes in this kind of thing because I need someone who understands these systems beyond just reading codes and guessing. I found a shop that focuses specifically on jeep electrical repair abu dhabi but I'm actually in Dubai and willing to drive if they're actually good at tracking down these intermittent issues. Has anyone dealt with a similar set of weird electrical problems on their Wrangler and actually found a shop that fixed it properly? I'm losing my mind here and I just want my Jeep to be reliable again without having to trade it in.
