Q7 suspension noise is driving me crazy – any recommendations?

I've been dealing with this irritating clunking noise from the front end of my Audi Q7 for months now and I'm honestly at the point where I'm considering just selling the car out of frustration. It started as a subtle knock when going over speed bumps, but now it's progressed to a constant rattle on anything but perfectly smooth roads. I've taken it to two different shops and both gave me completely different answers – one said it was the control arms, the other swore it was the sway bar links. I replaced both based on their recommendations and the noise is still there. I'm starting to think it might actually be the shock absorbers themselves, especially since the car has about 130,000 kms on it now and I'm pretty sure they're original. I was doing some research and came across http://suspensionrepairdubai.ae/audi-shock-absorber-replacement/ which seems to specialize in exactly this kind of diagnostic work for Audis. I like that they actually focus on suspension rather than being a general garage that kind of knows a bit of everything. Has anyone here used them to diagnose a mystery noise like this on their Q7 or similar Audi? I really need someone who can properly figure out what's worn out instead of just guessing and having me throw parts at it. I'm getting tired of handing over money and still having the same problem. Any experiences would be really helpful.
