Third time my Sport has overheated in traffic – I'm out of ideas

I'm at my wit's end with this 2015 Range Rover Sport and I'm hoping someone here has been through the same mess and can point me in the right direction. I've had the coolant flushed, replaced the thermostat, put in a new water pump, and even changed the radiator fan assembly because the mechanic was convinced that was the issue. But without fail, whenever I get stuck in slow moving traffic on a hot afternoon, the temperature gauge starts creeping up and eventually the warning comes on. I pull over, let it cool down, and then it's fine again until the next time. I've spent a small fortune already and nobody seems to be able to figure out why it's still happening. I was talking to another Rover owner at the petrol station yesterday and he mentioned that these cars can have bleeding issues or even small coolant leaks that are nearly impossible to spot without proper diagnostic equipment. He recommended I look for a specialist that focuses on Range Rover Vogue and Sport engine overheating solutions because apparently these cooling systems are way more complex than your average car and most general garages just end up guessing. I found a place that seems to actually specialize in Land Rover stuff and I'm thinking of taking it there before I throw any more money at random parts replacements. Has anyone actually solved a persistent overheating issue like this on their Sport, and what finally fixed it for you? Really hoping it's not something like the head gasket but at this point I just want the nightmare to end.
