Freelancer vs agency

Hi guys, how are you all doing?

I have noticed that when it comes to SEO services, agencies often get a bit underrated compared to freelancers, but in my experience they actually have a lot of advantages that people don’t always consider.

One thing I’ve seen is that agencies usually have a proper structure in place so instead of one person handling everything, you’ve got different people focusing on content, technical SEO, link building, and strategy. That division of work tends to make the overall process more consistent.

I’ve also noticed that agencies are generally better when the project needs scaling. Like if a website is trying to grow fast or compete in a tough niche, having a team behind it makes a noticeable difference because work doesn’t get stuck with one person’s capacity.

Another thing is accountability. In many agency setups, there’s usually a project manager or team lead, so communication and reporting are more organized compared to some freelancer setups I’ve come across.

Of course, not every agency is perfect, but from what I’ve observed, a good agency setup usually brings more stability and long-term consistency to SEO services.

What do you guys think? Have you had better experiences with agencies or freelancers in SEO work?
