Managing multiple social media accounts is driving me crazy

So I decided to try getting into SMM work since I'm pretty decent at coming up with content ideas and making posts that people actually engage with. The problem is I'm handling like fifteen different social media accounts for various clients and jumping between all of them is a total mess. I keep forgetting which login credentials I already tried and end up typing the same username and password combo into the wrong account like ten times in a row. On top of that I'm switching VPNs constantly because I don't want the platforms flagging everything as suspicious activity and banning the accounts. Is there any way to make this whole process less painful?

Honestly the credential juggling alone would make me lose my mind, let alone trying to remember which VPN location goes with which account. You're basically playing memory games all day instead of actually doing the creative work you signed up for. Every platform has different security quirks too, so Instagram might be fine with you logging in from three countries in one day but Facebook freaks out and locks you out for a security check. Then you're sitting there waiting for verification codes while your client's asking why their post isn't up yet.

And once you mess up the login pattern or use the wrong IP with the wrong account, you're stuck in appeal hell trying to prove you're not a bot. The platforms don't care that you're managing clients, they just see weird behavior and hit the ban button. You can read about how to manage multiple online accounts on one device using a multi-accounting browser here: https://gologin.com/blog/multiple-accounting/ . It lets you run separate browser profiles for each account with different fingerprints and proxies so nothing gets mixed up. You log into everything once, save the sessions, and then you're just clicking between profiles instead of doing the whole login dance every single time.
