Navigator with a suspiciously low price tag, what's the catch I'm missing?

I've been looking for a big family hauler that doesn't ride like a shopping cart and this 2019 Navigator Black Label popped up on an expat page with the price dropped twice in two weeks which makes me think either the owner is genuinely desperate to leave before summer or there's a major issue lurking under those massaging seats and the fancy Revel sound system. The photos make the thing look like a hotel lobby on wheels with the blue leather and all that wood trim but my wife is already giving me the side eye because she knows I'm not exactly a mechanic and our current Pajero has been bulletproof for years so why rock the boat. My main worry honestly is the air suspension and the turbo V6 because I've heard stories about the cam phasers rattling on cold starts and the suspension dropping overnight if there's a leak in the lines somewhere and I don't want to be that guy stuck in the Dubai Mall parking lot with a truck that looks like it's taking a nap on one side. I saw a mention of a Lincoln Pre Purchase Car Inspection Dubai while I was doom scrolling through a local car group on Facebook last night and apparently they hook up to the OBD port to check for any history of misfires or if the active ride control has been throwing silent codes that don't trip the check engine light. Is it even worth the hassle for a car that's technically still a Ford underneath or should I just stick to the Japanese brands that everyone and their mother recommends out here because parts are everywhere and the AC actually works when it's 48 degrees?
