Worried about my aging S500 and looking for a shop that actually knows the M278 quirks

I'd rather pay a bit more for someone who sees enough of these aging S Classes to know where to shine a flashlight and what to listen for while the car is up on the lift, anyone got a guy they trust with their higher mileage Merc that goes beyond just the oil and filter swap.
