Worried about my aging S500 and looking for a shop that actually knows the M278 quirks

I've got a 2013 S500 with the M278 twin turbo V8 and it's been a fantastic car but it's at that mileage now where every little tick or rattle makes me nervous especially with the known issues these engines can have with the timing chain tensioners and oil check valves if the wrong spec stuff has been used in the past. The service reminder just pinged again and I'm trying to find a place in Abu Dhabi that's more than just a pit stop where some guy drains the pan and pours in whatever 5W40 jug he grabbed off the shelf without looking at the MB approval sheet. I'm specifically looking forĀ Mercedes Engine Oil Change Experts who understand why the 229.5 spec matters so much on these hot V engines and who will take the extra ten seconds to inspect the oil filter housing for metal flakes or signs of the camshaft adjuster starting to eat itself while the belly pan is off. I don't want a quick lube joint that's going to strip out the plastic drain plug threads or forget to lube the new filter housing o rings and cause a slow seep over the next few thousand kilometers. I'd rather pay a bit more for someone who sees enough of these aging S Classes to know where to shine a flashlight and what to listen for while the car is up on the lift, anyone got a guy they trust with their higher mileage Merc that goes beyond just the oil and filter swap.
